Walking Directions

Take East FRANKLIN ST. heading into downtown Chapel Hill. Follow all the way through Chapel Hill into Carrboro. When you enter Carrboro, the street veers to the right, and FRANKLIN ST. becomes E. MAIN ST. Continue, staying in the right hand lane. Cross the railroad tracks and Carr Mill Mall is on the right. SCALE's office is in Suite 201, located above Weaver Street Market.

Chapel Hill Transit:

To get to the SCALE office you may take the CW, F, or J bus routes

CW Route
To get to the SCALE office: pick up the CW bus going westbound at stop number 7 which is N. Columbia Street at Rosemary Street. Get off at stop number 8 which is Weaver Street at Weaver Street Market.

To get back to campus: pick up the CW bus going eastbound at stop number 4 which is Weaver Street at the Century Center, and get off at stop number 5 which is N. Columbia at W. Franklin Street.

F Route
To get to the SCALE office: pick up the F bus going westbound at stop number 4 which is E. Franklin St. at the Varsity Theater. Get off at stop number 5 which is Weaver St. at Weaver St. Market.

To get back to campus: pick up the F bus going eastbound at stop number 9 which is Weaver St. at the Century Center, then get off at stop number 10 which is E. Franklin St. at the Carolina Coffee Shop.

J Route
To get to the SCALE office: pick up the J bus going westbound at stop number 5 which is W. Franklin St. at Caribou Coffee. Get off at stop number 6 which is E. Main St. at Jade Palace (then walk across the street to Weaver St. Market/Carr Mill Mall).

To get back to campus: pick up the J bus going eastbound at stop number 8 which is E. Main St. at Weaver St. Reality. (You must cross the street to get back to the same road where the bus dropped you off.) Get off somewhere between the next two major stops. (There are mini-stops between the major stops that are not shown/listed on the bus schedule).
